Sadly my first bad review at a Pick & Pay. I won’t be going back. Went in to see one car. Originally saw it on their website and went in to check it out. Paid $6 for entry for 2 people, which already is too much. I pay $2-4 at the other places. Walked the lot 3 times before going back to entry to ask where it was because it was definitely not there. The guy at the front says they must’ve taken it off the lot already and the website was probably not updated. My entire experience there lasted about 8 minutes and all of it was spent LOOKING FOR THE CAR. I left with not a single part. I asked for my money back so I could use it elsewhere given the terrible experience. He said no. So basically wasted my money and time and got told I’m SOL.

This company needs to change its hours on Google! I drove 30 min to be turned away bc of their lack of a simple 30-minute change or communicating somewhere clearly that doors shut at 4:30 and everyone out at 5 pm. It would make total sense to change your hours to 4:30 pm. I showed up at 4:35 pm with no consideration of their mistake. Care more about your customers and change this!!! Thanks for wasting my time $$$ and gas $$$!

#CFPP This place is awesome. They emailed me the Mercury Mountaineer that I needed parts for. I showed up, and they told me exactly where the car was located. I got a back seat, stereo w/ cd player, antenna, passenger side visor for cheap. The prices here are favorable over the places I've been to. The best part about coming here is that all the cars are accessible inside and underneath the cars, so most of the I don't have to bring a car jack. I don't have to climb over other cars just to get to the car I'm looking for. Everything is neat and organized, plus each section belongs to all different kinds of manufacturers. Everyone here is friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about what to look for.

Bad bad bad service. Bad manners. Minimum wage kids have no respect for anyone. Yes it is a junk yard but should their education towards customers be just as low? You get what you pay for and they sneak extra fees without informing you. I rather go were they value their customers. Bad business and will receive a BBB formal written complaint. Clean up, Code Enforcement will also be informed. Mr. Manager, you should stop complaining about your salary to the wrong people, when was the last time you've been audited?...
